Baldwin Hills Scenic Overlook


Today the Angeles Chapter hosted the first Shoot the Moon outing. Members and guests gathered at Baldwin Hills Scenic Overlook to watch the moon rise over Downtown Los Angeles and catch it on film and in pixels.
Here are a couple snapshots from the trip. I hope participants will submit their own shots.

    This is the Baldwin Hills Scenic Overlook, a new state park on the south side of Culver city. The entrance is on Jefferson just west of La Cienega. Here is their website http://www.parks.ca.gov/?page_id=22790
